Our Simple Process for Notary Services

01

Reach Out

Contact & Schedule

Contact us to request your notarization appointment, either mobile or remote online. We’ll answer any questions, confirm availability, and provide a transparent cost estimate based on your specific document needs.

02

Get Ready

Prepare Your Documents

Before your appointment, ensure your document is complete and the correct notarial certificate wording is present. We’ll help verify that required sections are ready (without offering legal advice). You’ll receive instructions for payment and a checklist of what to bring, including a valid government-issued ID or, for online notarizations, KBA (Knowledge-Based Authentication) readiness.

03

Sign & Notarize

Meet for Appointment

Join your appointment at the scheduled time, in-person or online. Your notary will verify your identity, witness signatures, and complete the authorized notarial act. We strive to make this process seamless, secure, and stress-free from start to finish.

04

Receive & Go

COmplete signed document

Once notarized, your signed documents will be returned promptly and securely. For remote online notarizations, you’ll receive a digital copy and access instructions. For mobile appointments, you’ll receive your completed physical documents on the spot.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and Zelle with no fees.
Major credit/debit cards, Square, Venmo, and PayPal are also accepted, but a 3% processing fee will apply.
A booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment; the balance is due after signing.

How long does a notarization appointment take?

Most general notary appointments take under 30 minutes. If you have multiple documents or signers, please mention this when requesting a quote so we can schedule the appropriate time.
Loan signing appointments typically take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the document package and number of signers.

What do I need to bring to my appointment??

Please bring a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID). Your document should be completed (but not signed) before your appointment. If notarizing online, be prepared to pass identity verification through knowledge-based authentication.

Can you provide legal advice or explain my document?

No. As a Texas Notary Public, we cannot interpret documents, select notarial certificates, or advise you on whether to sign. For legal guidance, please consult a licensed attorney.

Can you notarize documents for someone who is not present?

No. All signers must be present (in person or online), willing, aware, and able to provide valid identification at the time of the notarization. Remote or unsigned delivery is not permitted.
